Use My strategy
Read your career sweet spot, target titles, companies, and Boolean searches.
Understand your briefing
- Open My strategy from the main menu.
- Review your sweet spot, the direction Afterglow recommends based on your resume and preferences.
- Scan target titles (common, emerging, and stretch) and titles to avoid.
- Copy Boolean searches into LinkedIn, job boards, or company career pages.
Update your strategy
- Choose Edit preferences from My strategy or go to Start with your saved resume.
- Change direction, work mode, exclusions, or LinkedIn URL.
- Click Update My strategy to regenerate from the same resume.
Multiple career profiles
Free includes one active career profile. Pro includes up to five, useful when targeting different directions.
Use Add career profile on My strategy, upload a different resume, and set preferences for that lane.
