Run Guided search+

Choose a career profile

1. Open Guided search+ from the main menu (Pro required).
2. Pick the career profile you want to run. Resume and preferences come from onboarding.
3. Click Use this profile. Afterglow syncs your data. You do not fill out duplicate intake forms.

Follow the playbook

1. On Today, complete the six-step playbook: profile sync, search plan, company list, outreach, and daily actions.
2. Open Your plan for an AI-assisted search strategy tailored to your background.
3. Use Companies & outreach to prioritize employers and draft LinkedIn messages.
4. Track progress as you apply and network.

Switch profiles or re-run

1. Open profile settings within your workspace or return to Guided search+ home.
2. Choose a different career profile or click Use this profile & re-run after editing onboarding.
3. Re-run refreshes your plan and campaigns from updated preferences.

Guided search+ uses OpenAI for some steps (search plan, outreach drafts, field suggestions). See AI use policy for details.
